Two login sessions in WhatsApp - Pancake

WhatsApp login sessions via QR code may occasionally disconnect automatically, causing interruptions in operation. This can occur due to various reasons such as high conversation volume or session errors.

To ensure uninterrupted workflow, Pancake now require clients to have a minimum of two connected login sessions. This setup allows us to maintain connection even if one session disconnects, thereby ensuring a seamless working experience. If you're only connected with one session or if one of the two sessions gets disconnected, you'll receive a notification to reconnect the session.

In this case, please head to the "Linked Devices" Section in your WhatsApp App.

On IOS:

On Android:

If you see the login session's status is "Last active", this means that this session has been disconnected.

In this case, just head to the "Connect" section on Pancake an rescan the QR code.
