5.5. Round robin mode

This function will allow you to set up conversation assignments for other users, in this Round Robin Mode the user is assigned which conversations will only see those conversation

(Only administration of the Page can see and setup this mode)

1. Self assignment

In this function, when there is a new conversation on the page, the users will be able to view it, until a user clicks to receive the customer, the conversation will be assigned to that user.

In the conversation interface, the user will recieve the customers theirself, after accepting, customer will be assigned to that user and other users will no longer see this customer.

2. Divide equally for selected account

Hard mode, the system will always assign conversations for the selected users whether or not those users are online. Only assigned users can see conversations from assigned customers

  • According to the working time of the day Outside working hours, the following options will be ignored and shared equally for the list - Outside of working hours, only assign conversations for online accounts: After working hours, when this option is enabled, the conversation will only be shared when there is an online account. If the conversation is turned off, it will be divided equally for the employee list

  • Reassign idle conversations after After the selected time period, the system will append the secondary account to support the reply to the message. The first account is fixed, additional accounts may be changed. Maximum of 3 accounts assigned

  • Accounts that are not selected could read all conversations User who is not selected will able to see all conversations

  • Assign conversations based on online status: Assign conversations to other user if current assigned users are not online - Prioritize to online users - Only assign when online users available - Reassign if no assigned users are online

Note

  • Avaible status is the user is online

  • Away status is this user is not online

  • Turn off status is to turn off the user, that user will not be assigned even old customer reinteract
