Application: This feature helps businesses and shops chat with customers via Google

Locations where business chat buttons are displayed

  • Google Search: Display chat button with business under domain name and business information

  • Google Maps

1.Prepare

  • Website: Official of the business, complying with Google's policies

    • Provide solutions and services that do not violate Google's policies

    • Provide clear, full information: Contact, address, policy

With those sellers or businesses haven’t had a website, you can access to Webcake.io (Pancake’s free platform) in order to create landing pages and link these to a mini website.

  • Business Verification (For shops that want to show up on Google Maps)

2.Create Agent Bot and verify on Pancake

Access: http://pancake.vn/

  • Login to use

  • At Dashboard view -> Add Connection -> Google Agent -> Fill in business information to create Agent Bot

  • Verify Agent Bot: Select the Agent just created -> Fill in information -> Verify

Note: The validation email needs to be related to the brand or its domain name. If possible, it is best to use email as the brand's domain name (don't use @gmail ) Example: dxhanh@pancake.vn

3.Verify via Email

Google will send 2 emails to the verification email address

Reply to Google mail with syntax

I, [name of brand employee] and [title of employee], grant [messaging_partner_name] the right to send Business Messages using the information specified in this email.

For example:

I, Thái Bảo Hân, Business Development Executive, grant Pancake the right to send Business Messages using the information specified in this email.

After replying that mail to Pancake, we will check and reply within 2 working days.

4.Verify successfully:

5.Verify Location

For businesses that have verified their business with Google and have a location on Google Maps

Location List -> Search your business's location -> Copy ID and name -> Paste in add location -> Add location and wait for validation

Once authenticated -> Business chat button will be displayed on Google Maps
