1. Connect to Google Review

In order to use the Google Review, you need to register for a Google Agent, please refer to this docs.

After successfully creating a Google Agent, in Pancake, choose "Google Agent" -> "Connect"

Choose a Google Account, which has the admin role of Google Business Profile.

After successfully connecting, the system will automatically scan through the reviews after 3 -5 mins.

2. Add location

The reviewed locations are exactly the verified locations on Google Agent. Please refer to this docs.

Location List -> Search your business's location -> Copy ID and name -> Paste in add location -> Add location and wait for validation
