To connect to Instagram, from Dashboard, click Connect button

There are 2 ways to connect to Instagram:

• Using Username/Password (for Fanpage owner)

• Using authorization code: Once Instagram account has connected to Pancake, you can create an authorization code and share permissions so employees can access Instagram. However, the authorization code is only valid for 7 days. After 7 days you need to create a new authorization code.

Using Username/Password

To connect to Instagram, you need to enter the correct Instagram Username and Password, after logging in, the system will ask you to enter the security code that Instagram sends to email or message on your phone.

After logging in successfully, you need to reload the page and wait for the system to start updating data from Instagram.

Note: For Instagram, to connect to Pancake you need to turn off Two-Factor Authentication in Instagram's settings.

Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Two-Factor Authentication
